Pendar is inspired by the jagged forms of the Alam Kuh mountain range, with angular lines and broken shells reflecting the landscape’s rugged beauty. The upper floor's rotation offers unique, unobstructed views of the surroundings. The minimalist white exterior contrasts subtly with the vibrant forest and sky.
The design balances social and private spaces, with the ground floor dedicated to communal areas and the first floor offering more intimate zones. The building integrates with the site’s slope and surrounding views, incorporating terraces to capture vistas of the northern forest and southern mountains. Sloped roofs and angled walls enhance the connection to nature, while the white facade blends harmoniously with the environment, especially in winter.
