Tehranpars Apartment

Challenging the standard typology of mid-rise residential buildings, this project introduces a custom-designed concrete panel façade that defines both identity and depth. The architectural expression is rooted in a restrained material palette, where precision-cast concrete panels articulate the rhythm of the elevation while offering durability and a strong urban presence. Inside, a warm counterbalance is achieved through the thoughtful integration of natural wood and complementary textures, creating interiors that are both grounded and tactile. Located in the dense fabric of Tehranpars, the building seeks to elevate everyday urban living through clarity of form and richness in material experience.
