positioned as the anchor of the trio, Villa One occupies the highest elevation and largest footprint, asserting a bold architectural presence within the natural slope of Chelak’s forested hills. Composed of intersecting concrete volumes, the villa engages the terrain through stepped platforms that frame sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. The massing is monumental yet carefully articulated, balancing solidity with carved voids and sunlit terraces. Exposed concrete serves as both structure and skin, evoking permanence while subtly responding to light, texture, and context.
