Retaining the material consistency of exposed concrete, the design simplifies its massing into clean, compact geometries that offer privacy and efficiency. Its orientation and fenestration are carefully calibrated to maximize daylight while maintaining a sense of enclosure. As the concluding gesture in the sequence, the villa embodies restraint and refinement—completing the ensemble with a clear architectural resolution
